Due to volatility during news releases, traders will likely experience execution problems such as slippage and/or lack of execution. Because many liquidity providers completely shut down liquidity feeds for periods of time surrounding such news releases, SpartanForex cannot and will not bear any liability whatsoever for any such phenomena. Trading during news release times is always at the Trader’s own risk. SpartanForex explicitly recommends that traders abstain from entering buy or sell orders during heavily traded news release periods, and reserves the right to suspend trading accounts where complaints resulting from news trading become burdensome, in our exclusive discretion.

IN CASES WHERE AN ACCOUNT DOES NOT HAVE A MINIMUM OF 5 FULL LOTS OF TRADING ACTIVITY PRIOR TO A WITHDRAWAL REQUEST, SPARTAN FOREX RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHARGE A $50 PROCESSING FEE.
